Designed in partnership with ZKTeco, this new base is the perfect companion for the popular TS1000-Pro Series of smart entrance control gates.
The Problem Solver: Not every facility allows you to drill directly into the floor. Whether it is a heritage building with preserved flooring or a temporary installation, this low-profile base offers a stable, secure solution without the need for invasive mounting.
Built to Last: Manufactured right here in the UK, it features a laser-welded, powder-coated frame topped with a Stainless Steel 304 Treadplate. It is designed to handle high footfall safely and securely.
Customizable: Available in standard Stainless Steel or Black (RAL9005), with bespoke color options to match your brand or interior design.
2. 3U Rack Mount Access Control Drawer
Cable management and equipment organization just got a major upgrade. This drawer is engineered to consolidate your PCB cards into standard 19″ equipment cabinets.
High Capacity: The drawer comes ready to mount 4 PCBs, but with an optional additional tray, you can double that capacity to 8 PCBs in a single unit.
Smart Features: It is not just a metal box; it comes complete with slotted trunking for neat cable management, a microswitch for tamper protection, and 2 LED indicators to instantly show Power or Fault status.
Easy Access: The unit slides gracefully on extendable arms, allowing for both front and rear mounting and easy maintenance access.
3. Surface Mount Lock Cassette Kit
Installing Assa Abloy EL560 Series locks just became more versatile. This kit is the answer for entrances where traditional mortice locks simply aren’t an option.
Versatile Compatibility: Ideal for surface mounting EL16, EL46, and EL56 Series locks with either 55mm or 65mm backsets.
Complete Package: We provide everything you need for the housing, including the lock cassette, lock keep, anti-grab surround, and spacer plates. (Note: Locks and handles are sold separately).
Aesthetic Options: Available in standard Black (RAL9005) or White (RAL9010), ensuring the hardware blends seamlessly with your door aesthetics.
4. ZKTeco Comet S1000 Standalone Standard Speedlane Base
Similar to our TS1000-Pro base, this unit is specifically designed to complement the ZKTeco Comet Series of smart entrance control gates.
Non-Invasive Installation: Perfect for locations where you cannot bolt into the floor, offering a “drop-down and go” solution for high-traffic areas.
Premium Finish: Like all our bases, it is UK-manufactured with a robust powder-coated frame and a hardwearing Stainless Steel 304 treadplate.
Safety First: The low-profile design ensures a safe passage for users while maintaining the security integrity of the speedlane.
